Emotional corner – News – May 2022
In the middle of the olive grove we created a relax and sunbathing area, where you can soak in a hot tub for 5 people. Enjoy nature and fresh air!
The living area has a TV with Dolby Surround sound system that will make you feel at the cinema. The outside area is illuminated also at night and is composed of an olive grove, fences with farm animals (rabbits, chickens and turkeys) and a vegetable garden.
Guests can make use of the artificial turf pitch to play tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball.
Private parking with electric fence is available

ACTIVITIES IN THE SURROUNDINGS:
• On Saturday mornings there is a market in Umbertide, just 5 minutes by car, called “mercato della terra” where local farmers and breeders sell their organic and zero km products.
•Furthermore, there is a public swimming pool with a wi
de park with parasols and sunbeds outside.
•Thanks to the modern structure you can swim both in the indoor and in the outdoor pool.
•Next to the swimming pool you can find the tennis club, 5 minutes by car.
Just a few minutes by car there is also the Antognolla Golf Club which is considered one of the best golf courses in Umbria.

TIME IS MARKED BY THE BELL TOWER OF PIERANTONIO THAT RINGS EVERY HALF HOUR.
