AN APARTMENT OF 145 SQ. M. IN THE UMBRIAN HILLS

Holiday home Il Mandorlo is located in a hilly area 5 minutes by car from Umbertide. The apartment of 145 sq. m. is on the first floor. Its sleeping area is composed of three double rooms, all fitted with air conditioning, sofa bed and two of them with private bathroom. The living area consists of kitchen and wide living room with fireplace and a TV area with Dolby Surround sound system that will make you feel at the cinema. There are also a dining room, a wide porch and balconies where you can relax, enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside in complete privacy. The outside area is illuminated also at night and has an olive grove, fences with farm animals, truffle, a vegetable garden and an artificial turf pitch where you can play tennis, basketball, soccer or volleyball. In agreement with the owners, guests can use the outside area (even at night). On request it can be used exclusively, by paying a daily supplement. – Private parking with electric fence is available.
